FINAL Holiday Stamp-A-Stack!

The time has come ... Saturday is my FINAL Holiday SAS! I've been holding monthly SAS's since July and I'm going to miss them for sure! They have been so much fun and have been filled by lots of different friends & family each month :o)

Today I'm sharing a sample from my last event - there are still a few spots left in case you still need to get some Holiday cards done! Email me anytime (lisaburns@rogers.com) for full class details!

We're also making this card as one of our projects at my Wellness Lunch tomorrow at work. This color combination (Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery & Real Red is one of my favorite Holiday combo's)! Here I've combined that combo with Sahara Sand.

See you tomorrow when I'll post the second card we're making at my Wellness Lunch event! Thanks for stopping by!

What a busy week...

I expected the first week of school to be busy but what I didn't expect was hockey getting moved up an hour each day (making me the single-chauffeur responsible for getting there on time), and the flu-bug to hit our house! The only good thing about Evan being sick most of the weekend was that our busy weekend schedule was significantly reduced to nothing to allow my little monkey to recover! Although I was sad that I couldn't meet with my Club Gals on Saturday :o( I'll see you next weekend ladies!!

Today I wanted to share 2 of the samples I've created for my September 26th Fall Birthday & Thank You Stamp-A-Stack! If you are in need of some cards for the upcoming season...this class is for you! Registration will be open until Sept 21st only!

I love the card with 'belated birthday' wishes... I seem to always need a bunch of these throughout the year! I'll be the first to admit that I'm not very good with keeping up with the calendar in this regard!!

Guests will get to make 10 cards with coordinating envelopes! All supplies are provided, and materials precut for you however guests MUST bring their own Snail Adhesive or comprable tape runner to keep the class timing on track! Contact me ASAP if you are interested in this event and need a snail runner or refill!

Cost of the event is $20 with a $15 credit toward an order placed at the conclusion of the class! 10 cards for just $5!!! What a steal!!
Have a great day everyone - thanks for stopping by!

I took the cards into work on Wednesday and the girls just loved them (Hi Ladies :o) so I promised to make the Popcicle cards our May project at our 'cardmaking lunch' event next Wednesday. Stamp-A-Stack Sample #3

Here's the last project from my recent HIS/HER stamp-a-stack!

This card uses the stamp set 'And Many Mower' and To The Nines Speciality Designer Paper! It also uses some punches 'Photo Corners Punch' and 'Key Tag Punch'. Similar to the project from Monday, guests that attended this stamp-a-stack got to practise the Blender Pen technique!

On the inside of the card, I stamped the splatter image from the stamp set 'Itty Bitty Backgrounds' using Always Artichoke ink. We also used more of the Specialities DP to make a gift card holder! When you take the gift card out - the saying 'HAPPY FATHER'S DAY is displayed!

I love the size of this card - 6 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches, which fits perfectly inside our Open Ended Envelopes! The one shown here is in Very Vanilla, however SU! only sells the Whisper White now (107286) in the current Spring/Summer IB&C.
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to check back tomorrow to find out about a special offer for May - exclusively from me to my customers! There will be a million ways to earn ballots for this special May prize - a chance for anyone to win!! I'm so excited to show you!!

Stamp-A-Stack Sample #2

Hi There! Looks like it's shaping up to be a wonderful Monday - at least in terms of weather :o) Thought I would share another sample from my HIS/HER stamp-a-stack this past Friday night. I really like the set 'And Many Mower' from the Occasions Mini!

I actually WON this set during my upline's door prize draw at our last Quarterly Meeting - THANKS ALICIA!! Boy, was that perfect timing for my HIS/HERS class :o)
This card uses Sahara Sand & Chocolate Chip Cardstock as well as some of the Speciality Designer Paper 'To The Nines'. This paper is fantastic for masculine cards, scrapbook pages or any craft project for that special guy in your life!! I also used both star punches, the large star and the small star and layered them together with a Brad. The technique used on the card is done with a Blender Pen.
Don't forget that there is still time to take advantage of the APRIL STAMPIN' UP! Promotion! Pick out anything you want from the $12 & Under page (page 208) in the Spring/Summer IB&C FREE with any $50 order from the Occasions Mini!
Have a great day - be back tomorrow with the next installment of 2 FOR 1 TUESDAYS!!!

Stamp-A-Stack Sample #1

A big THANK YOU to the ladies that made it out Friday night for my HIS/HER stamp-a-stack event! I know the weather was beautiful Friday night so I'm thrilled that you decided to spend the night stamping with the group!!

Here's 1 of the card layouts we worked on - obviously from the HERS side of the event - using the following supplies...
The card base is Basic Grey, with layers of Going Grey and 'A Walk In The Park' (115123) Designer Paper from the Occasions Mini. The butterfly images are from the 'Great Friend' (113792) stamp set and we mixed and matched the colors according to what the girls wanted on their card front...some chose Baja Breeze, some Kiwi Kiss, some chose completed different colors from the Stampin' Up! color family - FUN! The butterflies are popped up using Stampin Dimensionals.
The ribbon used is 5/8 inch White Satin ribbon (114646) from the Occasions Mini. For the samples shown here, I used the Mother's Day image from the All Holidays stamp set from the regular Spring/Summer IB&C.
Hope you like them!
